2017 - Red Balloon Foundation Launch

The 3rd October will always be a special day. It was the day that Maxim Harvie was born and we have decided that the Red Balloon Foundation will throw him a birthday party every year to coincide with our fundraising efforts.
We launched the Red Balloon Foundation on the 3rd October 2017 which would have been Maxim’s 4th birthday
 

Although the needs of special needs children is no laughing matter, we decided to launch the foundation with a comedy night and Parker’s Comedy Club in Monte Casino opened its doors to guests of the Red Balloon Foundation for our inaugural birthday party.

Patron’s were introduced to Antoinette and Terry and the reason for the establishment of the Foundation. They then laughed for 2 hours as a bevy of super talented and funny comediennes plied their trade. A raffle was held , Skapies found homes and the Red Balloon’s first posthumous birthday party for Maxim was a roaring success.
